History and Objectives: Due to difficulties of arteriovascular of extremities, especially of surface femoral arteries and in order to determine the condition of femoropopliteal bypass on the present study is carried out on patients referred to the Shohadaie Tajrish hospital. Materials and Methods: The study was carried on existing data. Patient data as to personal information, reason for referral, surgical indication, type of graft used, early and late prognosis of the patient were recorded. Results: From 50 patients receiving femoropopliteal bypass, 41 cases (82) were male and 9 cases (18) were female. 39 cases were older than 40 years (78) and 11 cases were younger than 40 years (22). 11 cases had arteriovascular complication on the other foot. Coldness of extremity was the chief complaint of patients (74) and 36 had pain in resting position and 46 had gagging foot. For 49 of cases, Saphena (Autogenous), 2 frozen Saphena and 4 Gortex was used respectively for anastomosis. Conclusion: Arteriosclerosis the most prevalent cause of obstruction of vascular extremities and patients underwent femoropopliteal surgery after diagnostic procedures and patient preparation. Coldness of extremities were reduced from 74 to 28 after surgery and no sign of food dragging and ischemic pain was observed.
